This is an opportunity for those scouts interested in earning the FISHING MERIT BADGE.

OCBSA is providing the following:

On July 11th and August 7th we have ocean fishing trips leaving Dana Wharf Fishing at 6:30am. We return to the docks at about 12 noon. The trips are only $60 per person. The normal price is about $130. This includes boat, tackle, rod, reel, breakfast and crew tip. We are grateful for the sponsorship by Friends of Rollo, who is a foundation who supports youth fishing.

In 4 years of running this trip, all the youth caught fish. All youth who have put in the work for the Fishing Merit Badge has earned it.

GoFundMe for Eagle Scout Service Project - Pearce W.

Posted on Jul 15 2024 - 7:31am
Dear Troop 235.
I am reaching out to ask for your support in my Eagle Scout project through donations. For my project, I will be giving back to my elementary school by building four new raised planter boxes for the schools garden program so that kids can learn about planting and growing plants and food. I will be using the high quality materials necessary like redwood to ensure the safety and long lasting of the four new planter boxes. If you are interested in donating to support my Eagle Project, please use the GoFundMe link below. A work day will be scheduled soon.

Yours in Scouting,
Pearce W.
